Markspeed maintains a proprietary benchmark database built from client engagement data. Information stored in this database is aggregated and anonymized — it is used to generate benchmark comparisons for future clients and to improve diagnostic accuracy. No personally identifiable information (name, company name, email) is retained in the benchmark database. Engagement data is stored as: industry segment, revenue range, business model, GSRI dimension scores, top bottleneck identified, and outcome metrics at 30 and 90 days post-engagement.
