It serves as the qualifying diagnostic — it tells both parties whether the bottleneck is real and significant enough to warrant the full audit. If you haven't taken the scan, start there. It takes 8 minutes and there's no commitment.
What information do I need to provide for the intake form?+
The intake form covers current MRR and ARR, churn rate if tracked, primary acquisition channels and rough CAC estimates, team size and structure, current tech stack, and growth priorities and blockers. Perfect data is not a prerequisite — part of the audit's function is identifying where data is missing and what that gap is costing you.
How long does the full engagement take?+
The intake form takes 25–30 minutes. The report and Notion Roadmap are delivered within 3 business days. The live session is scheduled for day 4–5 via the Calendly link received at purchase. From purchase to session complete: approximately one week.
Is there an obligation to continue to the Growth OS Installation?+
